* Luxe Hotels maintains the option to organize a hotel room block for specific sales missions. Member hotel is required to notify Luxe Hotels if they will be utilizing said room block or if they are booking their own accommodations. Once a member hotel commits to said room block, a penalty may apply for cancellation or modification subject to that hotel's specific terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions
  1. General

    1. All costs are in USD per person.
    2. Participation is limited based on each show, up to a maximum of 25 hotels on a first-come-first-served basis.
    3. Invoices will generally be issued a month before event.
    4. All cancellations must be in writing. Luxe Worldwide Hotels must receive cancellations no less than 45 days before the event. Hotel will be charged for participation if cancellation is received less than 45 days prior.
    5. Luxe Worldwide Hotels reserves the right to change dates and locations or cancel events at any time.
    6. If a Luxe Worldwide member hotel has given notice of termination of their representation services contract, then it shall also constitute a cancellation of this contract.
    7. No contract is valid unless an email or fax has been received from Luxe Worldwide Hotels confirming participation in the event(s).
    8. Hotel must be current with all invoices at the time of sign-up in order to participate. If hotel has unpaid invoices over 30 days, hotel will automatically be disqualified for participation. If hotel is current at time of sign-up but falls behind on payment prior to sales mission or trade show dates, hotel may be notified of disqualification to participate.

  2. Tradeshow/Sales Mission Attendance

    1. Sales Missions - All attending hotels will be charged for client lunch or dinners (if participating) + travel agent food. Approximate total cost will be $1,500.00
    2. Booking deadline for participation is 45 days prior to the event.
    3. Participation does not include any accommodation, transportation or meals.
    4. Participants are responsible for shipping of brochures, signage and other collateral to and from the Showcase venue.
