REQUEST FOR CONSIDERATION
In order to work together to drive more business to your hotel through global corporate solicitation we have created the LWH RFC project – Request for Consideration.
The first step is to complete your top 25 ‘Wish List’ of Corporations. These are corporations you in which you would like the LWH team to assist you in approaching for RFPs (Request for Proposals).
It is very important to provide us with some background information on each desired corporation to assist us in building business cases.
The following information is required for consideration:
- Desired Corporation Name
- Address of Corporation's local office / facility
- Distance of local office / facility to hotel
- Name of local affiliate company to corporation
- YTD Room Night Production from Corporation to your hotel
- Past year Room Night Production from Corporation to your hotel
- Business reason why your Hotel should be considered for RFP
