Dear
Luxe Members: |
|
Luxe
Worldwide Hotels has been selected by American
Express as their newest Preferred Hotel
Partner!
We are in the midst of finalizing the
agreement and it will be effective January 1, 2008. This new preferred
partnership consortia program will bring many incredible opportunities to
our member hotels including corporate client access, premium exposure at
the point of sale, and brand awareness. We will be providing more
information in the coming weeks concerning pricing and sign-up procedures
for this exclusive consortia – stay tuned! |
|
I hope you enjoyed a relaxing summer and are now ready
for a busy Fall and Winter season! Predictions call for a continued steady
growth in hospitality and we, at Luxe, look forward to it!
Overall
average rates have steadily risen during the past twelve months, and
revenues have seen some outstanding increases! As we recently stated on
our members-only website, Passport to Luxe, room nights increased
system-wide a record-breaking 43% from July 2006 through July 2007. While
some hotels focused on occupancy and others on average rate increases, the
overall revenue results were never better! These are all good indications
that our innovative, highly visible, and service-oriented Luxe member
hotels will do very well in the coming months.
In July,
Hotel
Business magazine featured Luxe and its successes on
behalf of its member hotels. Please take a moment to read through the
article, “Luxe Hotels’ Members Record 25% Revenue
Growth”.
As you read the following
newsletter items, keep in mind that Luxe offers many outstanding benefits
and programs. Please take advantage of them. Check the Passport website
often for updates, sign up for Consortium programs, and join us on our
sales missions and trade shows!
Best wishes, Efrem
Harkham President and CEO Luxe

Bidding Season! The Luxe Consortia Team is thrilled to announce that over
55 hotels signed up to participate in an average of 6 – 7 consortia each –
this means Luxe Hotels will be loading over 336 rate programs for the 2008
Consortia season! Eve LeGrand, Vice President said “Thanks to the hard
work and dedication of our Member Hotels and the Luxe Consortia Team
during this arduous task, we are sure to have extremely successful 2008
