Looking for a truly special venue? The Penthouse space at the John Hancock Building is exactly what you need. And, now, in addition to the Hotel’s meeting space, guests of the Seneca also have access to use the penthouse function space of neighboring John Hancock Building. This area encompasses the panoramic 95th and 96th floors of the Hancock Building, and can accommodate functions for up to 400 people.

The Seneca Hotel and Suites is an intimate, European-style boutique property just a block from Michigan Avenue, home of Michigan’s Magnificent Mile. The Seneca offers 180 guest suites, and is the ideal place for business meetings for up to 50 people.

Meeting planners may wish to take advantage of this “bonus” penthouse space. You can surprise your attendees by planning a unique dinner function atop the Hancock Building. What a way to finish off a meeting at The Seneca!

Corporate meetings, awards banquets, reunions, weddings, rehearsal dinners, showers for up to 225 people. Plantation Inn & Golf Resort offers exceptional service and attention to detail. We also offer outdoor settings for meetings, parties and team building events along with a gazebo on the back lawn.

Magnolia A & B - Dimensions: 50' X 60" 3,000 sq. ft. Banquet: 225. Classroom: 200. This room is across the parking lot and offers an outdoor veranda in front of the room perfect for large meeting and events.

Magnolia Room A or B separately - Dimensions: 50' X 30' 1,500 sq. ft. Banquet: 100. Classroom: 100. These are separated by a folding wall.

Palm Room - Dimensions: 47'8" x 48'8" 2,304 sq. ft. Banquet: 150. Classroom: 110. This room is up sweeping spiral staircase off our lobby and has a beautiful view of the pool area, Crystal River and Kings Bay.

Oak Room - Dimensions: 23'6" x 21'7" 512 sq. ft. Banquet: 40. Classroom: 36. This room is also up our spiral staircase and offers a view of our grounds.

The Marquesa has been transformed from 1884 “conch houses” to a beautifully restored small hotel. A compound of four buildings set around a lush interior garden and two swimming pools, the Marquesa offers 27 guestrooms and suites in a quiet retreat for those wanting luxury and privacy.

The 50-seat Café Marquesa is available for special functions, e.g., rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, etc. The beautiful garden courtyard is available to guests for a small wedding ceremony (6- 8 persons, maximum).
